Deleting your account

1.Delete your account in the app

To permanently delete your account from the ConstructFlo mobile app:

• Open ConstructFlo on your phone and sign in.
• Go to the Profile tab.
• Tap Delete account.
• Read the confirmation and confirm.

Your account is deactivated, you are signed out on all devices, and your personal data is anonymised immediately. You will not be able to sign in again with that account.

2.What gets deleted

We remove or anonymise the personal data tied to your account, including:

• Your name, email address, and phone number.
• Your password and login sessions.
• Your profile photo.
• Your device identifiers and login history.

3.What may be retained

• Site records you contributed, such as attendance and work reports, are kept by your organisation as business records, in anonymised form that is no longer linked to you.
• Audit logs may be retained for up to 2 years for legal and compliance purposes.
• Aggregate, non-identifying data may be retained.
• Residual copies in encrypted backups are removed within 30 days.

4.If you cannot access the app

If you can no longer sign in, email support@constructflo.in from your registered email address and ask us to delete your account, or ask your organisation administrator to deactivate it for you. We verify the request and process it within 30 days.
