Pricing questions, answered

Are prices per seat?

Yes. Essentials is ₹6,000/user/year and Professional ₹12,000 billed annually, with a minimum of 5 users on either plan. Every seat costs the same whether it is your first or your fortieth, a fixed amount rather than a percentage of your bill. Sites are never limited: run as many as you like on either plan.

Is GST included?

Prices are exclusive of GST at 18%. You receive a GST-compliant invoice with both GSTINs, so your input tax credit is covered.

How does billing work?

Plans are billed annually in advance for your users at the listed per-user price, with a minimum of 5. Users you add later and the add-on are billed the same way, alongside your plan. There is no payment inside the app, our team sets up your subscription with you.

What counts as a seat and a site?

A seat is any member of your organisation who can sign in, including invited users. Daily-wage labour marked in attendance does not need a seat, so a 200-worker site can run on a handful of them. A site and a project are the same thing here, and every plan includes as many as you want.

Which plan should we start on?

Essentials if the site team is the main user: daily logs, receiving materials, and petty cash. Professional once the office needs schedule, procurement, receivables, payables, and reporting in the same system. Upgrades take effect within minutes and your data carries over exactly as it is.

What does onboarding look like?

Both plans are self-serve with one guided remote session, which is enough for most teams. Structured onboarding, where we set up your masters, teams, and approval chains with you, along with data migration, on-site training, and a dedicated manager, is our services engagement. It is scoped and priced on a call rather than bundled into a plan.
