Pricing questions, answered
Are prices per user?
No. Plans are flat per organisation. Engineers, office staff, and invited collaborators all use the same subscription up to your plan's seat limit, and extra seats cost a fixed amount, not a percentage of your bill.
Is GST included?
Prices are exclusive of GST at 18%. You receive a GST-compliant invoice with both GSTINs, so your input tax credit is covered.
How does billing work?
Plans are billed annually in advance at the listed price. There is no payment inside the app, our team sets up your subscription with you.
What counts as a seat and a site?
A seat is any member of your organisation who can sign in, including invited users. Daily-wage labour marked in attendance does not need a seat. A site is a project in your organisation.
Can we change plans later?
Yes. Upgrades take effect within minutes of activation, and your data carries over exactly as it is. Most teams start on Essentials or Professional and move up as the office needs more of the procurement and finance chain.
What does onboarding look like?
Essentials is self-serve with one guided remote session. Professional includes a structured onboarding at ₹15,000 one-time, where we set up your masters, teams, and approval chains with you. Enterprise onboarding is white-glove and included, with assisted migration of your existing data.
