End User Licence Agreement

1.Licence

Subject to this EULA, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the Apps as an Authorised User under your organisation's active ConstructFlo subscription, for that organisation's internal construction operations. By creating an account, accepting an invitation, or using the Apps, you accept this EULA. You must be 18 or older to use the Apps.

2.Services and support

The Apps deliver the ConstructFlo cloud service over the internet: attendance, daily work reports, tasks, drawings, RFIs, snags, materials, procurement, and related site management features. Availability depends on your connectivity and your organisation's subscription.

We may update the Apps to add, change, or remove features, and updates are distributed through the App Store and Google Play. Keep the App updated; older versions may stop working with the service. Support is available at support@constructflo.in — see Support.

3.Restrictions and responsibilities

You must not:

• Copy, modify, translate, or create derivative works of the Apps, or reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble them, except as permitted by law.
• Remove or alter proprietary notices in the Apps.
• Share your credentials or let anyone else use your account. The Apps enforce one active session per device.
• Access data of projects or organisations you are not authorised for, or attempt to bypass role permissions.
• Use automated means to scrape or extract data from the service.
• Use the Apps to build or benchmark a competing product, or make them available to any third party.
• Use the Apps unlawfully or in breach of any applicable regulation.

You are responsible for activity under your account and for the accuracy of records you submit, including attendance, work reports, and financial entries. Your organisation's administrator controls your access and may deactivate it.

4.Content you submit

Content you upload through the Apps, such as site photos, work reports, drawings, comments, and attachments, belongs to you or your organisation. You confirm you have the right to upload it and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.

There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour on ConstructFlo. Do not upload content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, obscene, or infringing. We may remove such content and suspend or terminate the accounts of users responsible for it. To report objectionable content or an abusive user, email support@constructflo.in with the subject line Report; we review reports and act within 24 hours.

5.Device permissions and privacy

The mobile App requests device permissions only for its site features:

• Location: used while the App is open for geofenced attendance check-ins and for watermarking site photos with location and time.
• Camera and photo library: used to capture and attach site documentation to reports, RFIs, and tasks.
• Notifications: used for approval alerts and project updates.

You can grant or withdraw each permission in your device settings; related features stop working without them. How personal data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy, and you can delete your account at any time — see account deletion.

6.Confidentiality

Data you can see in the Apps belongs to your organisation and its projects. Treat it as confidential: use it only for your work, and do not export, share, or retain it beyond what your organisation authorises, during or after your engagement.

7.Intellectual property

The Apps and the ConstructFlo service, including software, design, and trademarks, are and remain the property of Dridatah Technology Private Limited and its licensors. This EULA grants you no rights other than the licence above. Feedback you provide may be used by us without obligation to you.

8.Software security

We warrant that the Apps, as distributed by us through official channels, do not contain viruses or other malicious code intended to damage your device or data. If an App does not comply, your remedy is that we correct it through an update within a reasonable period or, failing that, terminate this licence. Install the Apps only from the App Store, Google Play, or app.constructflo.in.

9.App Store and Google Play terms

The mobile App is distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play. This EULA is between you and us only, not with Apple Inc. or Google LLC, and we, not Apple or Google, are solely responsible for the App and its content, maintenance, support, and any product, legal, or intellectual-property claims relating to it.

• For the iOS App, the licence is limited to use on Apple-branded devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store terms of service.
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App. If the App fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any; Apple has no other warranty obligation.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA and may enforce it against you.
• You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated a terrorist-supporting country, and that you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
• You must also comply with any applicable third-party terms, such as your mobile carrier's data agreement, when using the App.

10.Termination

This licence lasts while you have an active account under an organisation's subscription. It ends when your organisation's subscription ends, when your administrator deactivates your access, when you delete your account, or immediately on your breach of this EULA. On termination, stop using the Apps and delete them from your devices. Sections on content, confidentiality, and intellectual property survive termination.

11.Disclaimers and liability

The Apps are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable to you for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the Apps, and our total liability to you under this EULA will not exceed one thousand Indian Rupees or the minimum amount required by applicable law, whichever is greater. Nothing in this EULA limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law or affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

12.Governing law

This EULA is governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, India.

13.Changes to this EULA

We may update this EULA from time to time. We will post the updated version at this URL and, where the change is material, give reasonable notice in the Apps. Continued use after the changes take effect means you accept the updated EULA.
